[IGSSTATION-5431] ZIMJ: back on-line with new antenna and receiver

Dear colleagues,

ZIMJ is back on-line with upgraded hardware. The station is now capable to track GPS+GLO+GAL+SBAS. Data is available from May 01, 2013 (DOY 13/121) on at BKG and CDDIS.

An updated log file has been submitted to the IGS CB: http://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/igscb/station/log/zimj_20130521.log
