[IGSSTATION-5429] Receiver firmware updates at CHIL, CIT1, CLAR, CMP9

Dear Colleagues,

The USGS updated the receiver firmware late last week at IGS stations CHIL, CIT1, CLAR, and CMP9.  Unfortunately the RINEX headers for May 23-25 have the old firmware values.  We will be sending corrected RINEX files to CDDIS and IGN tomorrow when we restart publishing data for each of these stations.  The updated site logs have been posted at the IGSCB.
