[IGSSTATION-5425] CONZ Upgrade of the firmware from 8.51/6.110 to 8.71/6.112

Ladies and Gentlemen

My colleagues upgraded the firmware from
8.51/6.110 to 8.71/6.112 in the LEICA GRX1200+GNSS
in the CONZ GNSS Permanent Tracking Station
in the Transportable Integrated Geodetical Observatory
TIGO in Concepcion, Chile, 2013-05-27, 07:15 UTC.

Caused by maser inconsistencies,  the LEICA GRX1200+GNSS
is not connected to the External H-Maser EFOS 20.
It is using the Internal Frequency.

The tracking of GALILEO is activated.
