[IGSSTATION-5414] AMC2 and USN3 resubmitted

Dear Colleagues,

Due to recent network issue([IGSSTATION-5411]) with AMC2(Colorado Springs, USA) and USN3(Washington D.C. USA) stations, published data from 2013.120 to 2013.128 had gaps. Missing data have been recovered and complete files resubmitted to Global Data Centers for publication.
