[IGSSTATION-5413] GMSD firmware update

The firmware at GMSD has just been upgraded to 4.80 at UT 23:15 5/May. No other
changes were made at the site. An updated site log has been submitted to the IGSCB.
There would be a small data outage. We apologise for the inconvenience.
