[IGSSTATION-5406] SUTM hardware exchange

Dear colleagues,

we currently upgrade the hardware of our SUTM site which will be capable 
to track GPS & Galileo & Glonass using Javad equipment.

An updated log file will be submitted tomorrow, on May 8, and data 
transmission will resume too the same time.
