[IGSSTATION-5395] Re: JOZ2, JOZE: health bits corrected

Dear Colleagues,

At my request, Tomasz has kindly provided the following information about how 
the issue was resolved on these two receivers:

 > In the case of JOZE (Trimble 4000SSI) receiver, the latest version of teqc (15
 > Mar 2013) solved the problem.
 >
 > This issue is also confirmed by one of the corrections made for this release:
 >
 > "- a correction for extracting the GPS health bits from Trimble .dat/.tgd
 > records 21 and 28 and Trimble stream records 0x55-1 and 0x55-9"
 >
 > In case of JOZ2 (Leica GRX1200GGPRO) receiver, the problem was probably
 > caused by the receiver's setting: 'satellite health' which was unfortunately
 > set to 'OK' for all GPS satellites (meaning 'all healthy'). In short: I
 > changed this option to 'Automatic' and deleted the existing almanac from the
 > receiver. More specifically: I stopped the receiver and used the Leica's Web
 > Interface to correct the receiver settings, i.e.:
 >    1. I deleted existing almanac from the receiver (button "Initialize (INIT)
 >       Ephemeris and almanac" on the "Configuration/Tracking" page)
