We put the missing daily data file DOY 116
from the ZECK GNSS Permanent Tracking Station
in the Observatory Zelenchukskaya, Russia
into the queue for the next transmission to
the IGS Data Centre in the BKG Frankfurt.

The data files from DOY 116 19:00 UTC until
DOY 119 06:00 UTC are not available.
