[IGSSTATION-5381] SULP: Equipment change & site log updated

Dear Colleagues,

Since DOY 095/2013, GPS Week Number 1734-5(Friday April 5, 2013) station
SULP (Ukraine) has new equipment.
The old equipment TRIMBLE 4700/TRM41249.00 was changed by TPS
NET-G3A/TPSCR.G5 TPSH.
Site log  was updated and submitted to EPNCB 15.04.2013.
Maintenance and operation of this site is performed by the Lviv Polytechnic
National University (NULP).
