[IGSSTATION-5361] SSIA: receiver firmware upgrade

Dear Colleagues,

The receiver at the Ilopango Airport IGS station (SSIA) in El Salvador has had the receiver firmware upgraded.  The details of the receiver firmware are listed below:

I apologize for the late notice.  The RINEX headers were updated back on March 7th and we forgot to update the site log and send the community email.  An updated site log has been posted at the IGSCB.
