[IGSSTATION-5339] PIE1: external frequency gap announcement

Dear Colleagues,

We wish to inform the community that the Pietown, New Mexico
(PIE1) station ran on the internal crystal between the
the dates of 2013-02-13/2013-03-07. This event was documented
in the station log which will be posted shortly by IGSCB.

We apologize for the inconvenience this error may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the PIE1 station is a collaborative
effort supported by JPL, UNAVCO, NGS, and the NRAO Pie Town VLBA
Station with funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior
Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
