[IGSSTATION-5325] [JAXA] Information of a GPS data distribution stop

Dear Colleagues,

JAXA is uploading GPS data at GMAS everyday.
Now, we decided to end operation of that GPS station. Therefore GPS date
distribution is due to be stopped from April.
