[IGSSTATION-5302] HRAO: inline amplifier installed

Dear Colleagues,

The Hartebeesthoek RAO, Krugersdorp South Africa (HRAO) station was
without an inline amplifier between the dates of 2012-11-04 and 2013-02-21.
During this time the station suffered from low observations and high 
multipath
values. On 2013-02-21 a new inline amplifier was installed. These changes
have been documented in the recently posted at IGSCB.

Maintenance and operations of the HRAO station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Hartebeesthoek RAO in Krugersdorp,

Science Mission Directorate.
