[IGSSTATION-5297] KIRU: unavailable today at 11:00 UTC until futther notice due to upgrade

Dear all, 

Please be advised that today both the receiver and the antenna of our 
station at Kiruna (KIRU) will be replaced by new Septentrios with 
multi-GNSS capabilities. 

The non-availability of the data will start today (at around 11:00 UTC), 
and data submission will recommence as soon as correctness of the data has 
been checked. 
Further notice and details will of course be given as soon as this is the 
case.
