[IGSSTATION-5281] HALY, NAMA: more data published

Dear Colleagues,

Additional data have been downloaded from Halat Ammar (HALY) and Namas (NAMA).  New data for these stations is currently being sent to CDDIS and IGN.  Below are the dates of new data.

HALY: 30-JAN-2012 through 31-JAN-2013
NAMA: 01-FEB-2012 through 11-FEB-2013

The Namas (NAMA) IGS station has communications and the data are being submitted daily to the IGS data centers.
