[IGSSTATION-5264] STJO: Station Upgrades

Dear Colleagues,

On Thursday January 31, 2013 IGS Station STJO will be down for station upgrades.

A new GNSS receiver and a new AOAD/M_T antenna, with an upgraded LNA which accepts the GNSS spectrum, will be installed.

An updated site log will be submitted to IGSCB with details of the exact changes once the upgrade is complete.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
