Braunschweig informed us:

The colleagues detected an undefinably frequency-offset
5e-12 from the External Active H-Maser for the PTBB and the
PTBG GPS Permanent Tracking Stations between
about 15:50 UTC and about 17:40 UTC, DOY 017.
