[IGSSTATION-5242] KSMV and KGNI: Delayed data transfer

Dear ALL

Due to the internal network problem and power failure the data transfer 
from KSMV and KGNI have been delayed. I've submitted the data sets of
  KSMV: DOY 340 - DOY 360 of 2012
  KGNI: DOY 276 - DOY 360 of 2012
to CDDIS and KASI data center.

We appologize for any inconveniences that this may cause.
