[IGSSTATION-5231] ALGO: Receiver and Antenna Upgrades

Dear Colleagues,

Tomorrow, 2012-12-20, at approximately 17ut, we will be upgrading IGS Station ALGO to a GNSS compatible receiver and antenna.  An updated Site Log will be submitted once the changes are complete.
