[IGSSTATION-5209] STJO - Receiver switched to internal clock

Dear Colleagues,

The receiver at IGS station STJO was switched to track with its internal clock on 2012-12-09 at ~12ut.

An updated site log has been sent to IGSCB.

The details of the changes are below:
