[IGSSTATION-5200] PIE1: header and site log correction

Dear Colleagues,

We wish to inform the community that the RINEX header and site log of the
Pietown, New Mexico (PIE1) station reports an incorrect receiver serial number
between the dates of 2012-02-07 to 2012-09-21. The site log has been corrected
and published.

Data published between these dates will be reprocessed and republished.

We apologize for the inconvenience this error may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the PIE1 station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, NGS, and the NRAO Pie Town VLBA Station with
funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area -
Science Mission Directorate.
