Nic, This is to alert you to the fact that after the HRAO antenna
cable repair, the data quality has reached an unusable level. Daily
obs yields are down and the rate of phase cycle slips is very greatly
increased. Associated with the change are also large increases in
the TEQC MP1 and MP2 code multipath measures.
