[IGSSTATION-5151] WROC station receiver and antenna upgrade

Dear Colleagues,

On Monday 22 October 2012 at 11h01UT, we have changed the receiver and antenna at the station WROC. 
A LEICA GR25 receiver and LEIAR25.R4 LEIS antenna with individual calibration have been installed. 
An updated log file has been submitted today to EPNCB and IGSCB.
