[IGSSTATION-5135] HOLP: antenna swap

Dear Colleagues,

Last Friday October 12th the USGS changed the antenna at the Hollydale (HOLP) IGS station.  The Ashtech choke ring antenna was removed and the a Topcon choke ring was installed.  The Ashtech SNOW radome was removed and a SCIGN short radome SCIS was installed.  The details of the antenna swap are shown below.
