[IGSSTATION-5134] RINEX Observation Files of the Station SMST were Corrected

Dear colleagues,

Thank you for your usual cooperation.

Some inappropriate header information were corrected in a number of
RINEX observation files of the station SMST.  Relevant RINEX files are
smst0770.12o.Z to smst1300.12o.Z and smst2470.12o.Z to smst2540.12o.Z.

New files from smst0770.12o.Z to smst1300.12o.Z have revised antenna
radome code and corrected upward antenna eccentricity.
And files from smst2470.12o.Z to smst2540.12o.Z are change on antenna
radome code only.

Please redownload these files from the IGS ftp site.
I apologize for such inconvenience.
