Dear Colleagues,

We replaced the Symmetricom rubidium clock at NRCan station PRDS on 12oct10 at ~17:30ut with an OSA 3700 PH MASER (#172).
Here are the details:

6.16 Standard Type            : RUBIDIUM SYMMETRICOM
       Input Frequency        : 10 MHZ
       Effective Dates        : 2012-07-27/2012-10-10
       Notes                  : 

6.17 Standard Type            : H-MASER
       Input Frequency        : 5 MHZ
       Effective Dates        : 2012-10-10
       Notes                  : OSA 3700 #172
