[IGSSTATION-5058] more stations with low data yields

As a follow-up to IGSStation Mail #4952, below is a list of all stations
with data at CDDIS on doy 230 having data yields of <80% expected (see
column 6).  In a few cases, the low yield on doy 230 is aberrant as shown
by the % yields for doy 225 in column 7 (MBAR, MOBK, TSK2) or it's erratic
(BJCO, KERG).  But in most other cases, which is a much larger number than
before, there is a sustained loss of data.

The stations DUBR, KSMV, and OSJE were already noted in mail #4952 as
having no L2 P-code data from GPS Blocks IIR-M, probably due to a Trimble
receiver misconfiguration or translation conflict.  GLDR was previously
noted also but this station uses a Leica receiver.  About half of this
list is equipped with Trimble receivers so misconfiguration problems seem
to be growing though I have not checked detailed TEQC summaries for these
others.  Low yields for a few might be due simply to very old equipment
(IRKT, JPLM, KUNM, USNO).

My thanks to the other stations of mail #4952 who have since resolved
their data issues.
