[IGSSTATION-5056] CAGS tracking problem

The tracking problem at CAGS has returned. The receiver has not been tracking satellites since 20:12:00 UT, Day 228 (August 15). Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate on-site until next week. I will advise further when we have more information.
