[IGSSTATION-5046] SOLA: data files re-sent

Dear Colleagues,

The RINEX data files for SOLA have been resent to IGN and CDDIS for DOY 
215-219.  The original files posted did not include data for G32.  It 
was determined this was due to using an older version of the Trimble 
runpkr00 software and not using the -g flag.  After updating the 
runpkr00 software and including -g flag, the data now include G32.
