Dear Sazuki Sakai,
Thank you for this information. However, in a case like AIRA it is
critical to know whether the previous uncalibrated DOME radome was
retained over the new antenna or not (hopefully not). In any case,
you must understand that users can now expect some significant but
unknown displacement in the position of the AIRA reference point.
In the future it would be most helpful if all stations report the past
antenna log entry together with updated information for the new antenna,
such as:
4.2 Antenna Type : TRM29659.00
Serial Number : 00031
Antenna Reference Point : BPA
Marker->ARP Up Ecc. (m) : 0.0
Marker->ARP North Ecc(m) : 0.0
Marker->ARP East Ecc(m) : 0.0
Alignment from True N : 0
Antenna Radome Type : DOME
Radome Serial Number :
Antenna Cable Type : Trimble N-minilemo
Antenna Cable Length : 5m
Date Installed : 2003-02-19T09:04Z
Date Removed : (CCYY-MM-DDThh:mmZ)
Additional Information : Spherical radome
4.3 Antenna Type : TRM59800.00
Serial Number : ?????
Antenna Reference Point : BPA
Marker->ARP Up Ecc. (m) : 0.0
Marker->ARP North Ecc(m) : 0.0
Marker->ARP East Ecc(m) : ?.?

Radome Serial Number :
Antenna Cable Type : ??????????
Antenna Cable Length : ?m

Many thanks,
