file DOY 196 from the ZECK GNSS Permanent Tracking
Station in the Observatory Zelenchukskaya, Russia
into the queue for the next transmission to the
IGS Data Center at the BKG in Frankfurt.

DOY 198 13:00 UTC are not available.
