[IGSSTATION-4947] SSIA: receiver firmware upgraded

Dear Colleagues,

The receiver at the Ilopango Airport IGS station (SSIA) in El Salvador 
has had the firmware upgraded.  The details of the new receiver firmware 
are listed below:

We inadvertently published some of the data since June 7th incorrectly.  
We will be sending replacement files with the correct information very 
soon.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  An 
updated site log has been posted at the IGSCB.
