Subject: TLSE: firmware update

The firmware in the NETR9 receiver at the TLSE station was updated from the version 4.42 to the version 4.60. The change was made at 2012-06-08 14h45 UT. The updated site-log was sent to IGS central bureau and modify on the EPN central bureau site log submission respectively.
