[IGSSTATION-4937] TSK2: Antenna and receiver change

Dear Colleagues,

We replaced the antenna with TRM59800.00 and
the receiver with TRIMBLE NetR9 at 0:00(UTC)
on June 5th.

The updated site log has been submitted to the IGS CB.
