[IGSSTATION-4933] OHIX Resubmission of all RINEX V3 data for M-GEX since 01-03-2012, correction of SBAS data

Dear all,

we have resubmitted all CONZ and OHIX rinex v3 data for M-GEX (BKG and 
CDDIS data base)
since 01.03.2012 with hopefully correct SBAS data now.

We are still working on a solution to fix it also for the newly 
generated daily files.

In case, you still find some bug(s), please let me know.
