[IGSSTATION-4925] NIUM back on line

We are pleased to report that NIUM (Niue Island, SW Pacific) is back on 
line after nearly 2 months.

We regret that we have lost the data from 4-20 April 2012 due to a 
too-small memory allocation for 30-sec data in the receiver.  This has now 
been corrected. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this down-time has caused.
