[IGSSTATION-4923] RE YAR2 radome removal

Hello All,

Please be aware the radome at YAR2 Western Australia has been removed
for the purposes of an experiment at 2012-05-23T03:39Z. An updated log
file has been submitted and one should be available soon on GA's ftp
server "ftp://ftp.ga.gov.au/geodesy-outgoing/gnss/logs/". We apologise
for any inconvenience.
