[IGSSTATION-4914] TABL: receiver firmware upgrade

Dear Colleagues,

The USGS recently upgraded the receiver firmware at the Table Mountain 
(TABL) station.  Below are the details of the new receiver firmware.

      Satellite System         : GPS
      Serial Number            : 618-01041
      Firmware Version         : 3.6 Feb,28,2012 p1
      Elevation Cutoff Setting : 5
      Date Installed           : 2012-05-12T00:00Z
      Date Removed             : (CCYY-MM-DDThh:mmZ)
      Temperature Stabiliz.    : Yes, receiver indoors
      Additional Information   :


Unfortunately I found out about this change yesterday and data for May 
12-13 will be republished with the corrected firmware.  We apologize for 
this inconvenience.

An updated site log has been posted at the IGSCB.
