[IGSSTATION-4886] BRST-Data resubmission

Dear colleagues ;

Antenna has been changed at BRST (Brest-France), on April, 19th. 
Following this maintenance operation, the header of RINEX files contained still the serial number of the ancient one. 
The problem has been fixed and data from the DOY 109, session n, to DOY 114, session g, have been resubmitted with the right antenna number.
