[IGSSTATION-4872] HRAO: replaced receiver

Dear Colleagues,
We recently experienced a receiver failure at the Hartebeesthoek RAO,
Krugersdorp South Africa (HRAO) station. The failed ASHTECH UZ-12 was
replaced with an ASHTECH Z-XII3 on April 12th. Here are the details of
the replacement receiver.

Firmware Version : CD00
Elevation Cutoff Setting : 4
Date Installed : 2012-04-12T00:00Z

Additional Information :
