[IGSSTATION-4791] CCJ2: Antenna and receiver change

Dear Colleagues,

We replaced the antenna with TRM59800.00 and
the receiver with TRIMBLE NetR9 at 0:00(UTC)
on February 22nd.
And receiver has been switched to use external Cesium.
The updated site log has been submitted to the IGS CB.
