[IGSSTATION-4768] GANP: problem with receiver

Dear colleagues,

We have recognized a problem with data logging on station GANP (2.2.2012), so the data submitting to EPN and IGS data centers are disabled. Now we are trying to fix the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.
