[IGSSTATION-4708] STK2: Data submitting

Dear Colleagues,

I'm Kazuki Sakai, Geospatial Information Authority of Japan.

We have submitted the data of STK2 which couldn't
transferred from December 7th because of the system error.

In addition, we replaced the antenna with TRM59800.00
and the receiver with TRIMBLE NetR9 at STK2 on December 7th.
