[IGSSTATION-4700] ZIMM - Upload to data centers resumed

Dear colleagues,

After stopping the upload of ZIMM data on Dec. 6 due to significant data losses on low elevations (mainly L2), the antenna was demounted and checked. With a replacement of the pre-amplifier the problem was solved. Since yesterday, December 13, the antenna was again installed and the data upload to BKG, CDDIS, SIO, IGN and OLG was resumed. First coordinate results make us optimistic that the antenna phase center is unchanged.
Hopefully, we can prolongate the 13-years-operation time of the antenna for several more years for the benefit of time series stability over longer time spans.
