[IGSSTATION-4642] GODE: recent data outage

Dear Colleagues,

The IGS station at the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD 
(GODE) recently had a data outage.  The data outage started October 21st 
at 17:42 UTC and lasted until November 3rd at 16:55 UTC.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the GODE station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center with 
funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - 
Science Mission Directorate.
