[IGSSTATION-4613] MORP: communication outage

We experienced a receiver fault at station MORP. We will be replacing the receiver in the coming days and will notify you when this has occurred. We do not yet know about the data status on the receiver, but will upload it, if we can, once we have the old receiver back.
