[IGSSTATION-4605] BOR1 data outtage

 Dear Colleagues,

 The data from GNSS receiver at BOR1 are not transmitted out since DOY 
 275 at 09 UTC
 due to our server crashed.
 Further notification will be given when the problem is resolved.
 Until then no data will be sent.

 Our apologies for any inconvenience this problem may cause.
