[IGSSTATION-4574] WTZR Submision of the missing daily data files DOY 244, 245 and 246

Ladies and Gentlemen

We had a big network problem in the
Geodetical Observatory Wettzell, Germany
DOY 244, 245, 246 and 247.

Fortunately we have been able to
save all data from the WTZR GPS+GLONASS
Permanent Trackimg Station. No data are lost.

We put the missing WTZR daily data files
DOY 244, 245 and 246 into the queue for
the next transmission to the IGS data center
at the BKG in Frankfurt.
