[IGSSTATION-4554] New Station: CGGN, STHL

Dear IGS Community,

I would like to announce the addition of two stations to the IGS network:

CGGN:  Toro, Nigeria               Receiver: ASHTECH UZ-12  Antenna: TRM59800.00     NONE
STHL:  Longwood, Saint Helena, UK  Receiver: TPS NET-G3A    Antenna: TPSCR.G3        SCIS


CGGN is a GPS station only at the moment, however, it provides a great 
coverage in the mid-west African region.
STHL is a GPS+GLONASS station providing excellent coverage in the 
Southern Atlantic Ocean.

While the maps are up-to-date, please allow time for metrics to be 
generated http://igs.org

RINEX data should shortly be available at the IGS Global Data Centers.
