[IGSSTATION-4551] BRAN: station no longer fit for IGS use

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that as of July 29th, 2011 the antenna/dome 
configuration at the Brand Basin station (BRAN) is not calibrated.  This 
disqualifies the data for IGS use.  UNAVCO will no longer be forwarding 
this data to CDDIS or IGN.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  The 
USGS has informed me that no calibrated solution was possible.

Maintenance and operation of this site is performed by the USGS.
